*You agree to take pictures and videos for marketing purposes unless discussed otherwise with stylist.
*New clients! When you book, a $50 deposit is required to hold your spot. Must submit payment within 2 hours or the appointment will be subject to being canceled or double booked.
*To ensure a slot for all healthy hair services a non-refundable or transferable $50 deposit is required prior to booking an appointment. The deposit will go towards the total amount of service. You must pay the remaining in either Cash or Zelle unless discussed with Stylist.
* 15 mins after appointment will be considered late you will be charged $15 and an additional $5 every 5mins up to 30mins, after that, you must reschedule.
*Respecting your time, my time, and everyone else's time around you is very important. Promptness is greatly appreciated to ensure quality service and maintain a professional environment. Improper cancellation for any other service will result in either a no show fee of the total service or half of the service depending on when you cancel.
*No children or extra guests allowed unless being serviced. Space is limited and we take pride in offering a comfortable and pleasant environment for our clients.
* Cancellations should be communicated 48hrs prior to the appointment time but the deposit for extensions is non-transferable to a new date. If you do a same day cancellation or a no show you're subject to pay the full price of service.
*Payment Accepted: Cash or Zelle is appreciated but we do accept Credit Cards
(Visa & Master Card can be used with proper Identification at the time of check out)
* 3% credit card fee is added to all services paid with a credit card.
