Refund, Cancellation & Order Policy
At YES Hair, all orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery of your products.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately.
Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products and fast processing times:
- Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase
- After this window, orders are final and cannot be canceled

Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.
However, we will gladly assist with:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect orders
These must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In most cases, it can be resolved quickly, and in other situations it requires an investigation with the postal service. Please contact support@yeshairnow.com
Chargebacks & Disputes
By placing an order with YES Hair, you agree to our policies.
If a chargeback is initiated after an order has been processed or shipped:
- We will submit all documentation to the financial institution, including:
- Proof of purchase
- Order confirmation
- Shipping confirmation
- Our store policies
Fraudulent disputes will be challenged to the fullest extent.
Approved Exceptions & Restocking Fee
In rare cases where a cancellation or return is approved as a courtesy:
- A restocking fee of 15%–25% of the order total will be applied
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs (if applicable)
