Shipping policy
Processing Time: YES! Hair Co requires two to three business days for processing time for all orders unless stated otherwise.
Shipping: Please allow 5-10 business days to receive the shipment.
- The customer is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make changes unless notified. Please double-check your address before finalizing your order. We are not held responsible for any orders delivered to the wrong address
- How Much is shipping? Shipping is at a flat rate of $8.00
- Do you offer international shipping? At the moment, we do not offer international shipping but are working daily to get the prices down to ship in the future
Lost Or Stolen Packages:
If your package has been confirmed via USPS or UPS delivery, and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS or UPS as we are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages
Once you file a claim they will do an investigation on your route to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address, which is the case majority of the time.
If you decide to file a claim our system will send over your tracking number automatically and it will state it was indeed delivered. The only time we will RESEND OR REFUND is when tracking is confirmed and the package was lost/delayed DURING TRANSIT and not for any packages that state DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc.
